Returns & Exchanges
The mission of K-State Super Store is to provide the ultimate experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below.
With Original Receipt: Within 60 days of purchase, we will gladly exchange, give store credit or issue a refund for the merchandise based on the original method of payment. Please allow a wait of 10 business days on purchases tendered in-store with a check, otherwise a merchandise credit may be issued. Original condition is expected and price tags must be in place.
Without Original Receipt: You may exchange the merchandise or be issued a store credit based on the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Original condition is expected and price tags must be in place.
Online purchases placed within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) qualify for free returns. Please email kstate.gear@hanes.com for more information about obtaining a free return label. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. Oversized items (tents, limestone yard rocks, etc.) are not eligible for free returns. These items will be identified in the product description page.
All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn, damaged, or washed merchandise for exchange or refund.
